Otto keeps four-shot lead at Madeira Islands Open

South Africa's Hennie Otto took a four-stroke lead in the Madeira Islands Open on Friday, shooting his second straight 5-under 67 in the round delayed 2.5 hours by high wind, then suspended because of darkness.
